If you're in the United States, Adopt a Pet’s location verifier is through Google.com. Please try entering your ZIP code on Google Maps to see what location pops up. If it’s not an exact match there, it tends to reject the city on Rehome by Adopt a Pet. We’re working on a fix, but in the meantime, you may enter another city that's right next to yours!
