Unfortunately we are unable to change the ZIP code once a pet's profile has been created, because the pet has been featured in New Pet Alerts which are location based,
- If you are still within 50 miles of your previous location, you do not need to do anything since your pet will show in the same search results.
- If you would like to change the location (and we do recommend this if you are outside of 50 miles from your previous location), you'll:
- Create a new pet profile using a different email address.
- Then, deactivate your current pet's profile by following the steps below:

- Login to your Rehome account.
- Go to your Dashboard / Overview page.
- Under my account click, the grey trash can "Deactivate Profile".
- Select why you want to remove your pet profile. The best option in this circumstance is: "I decided to keep my pet".
- Click the blue "Submit" button.
- Click the blue "Submit" button.
