When you created your pet’s profile on Rehome by Adopt a Pet, if you accidentally entered the wrong email address, you'll need to do the following:
- Submit a request to us including the email address currently associated with your Rehome account AND the new email address!
When you created your pet’s profile on Rehome by Adopt a Pet, if you accidentally entered the wrong phone number, but your email address is correct, you have two options:
- You may simply rely on email alerts (and be diligent with checking your account). Phone alerts are optional, and adopters will not see your phone number on Rehome.
- OR, you may remove your pet’s profile, start over and sign-up again with the correct phone number.
